ask. >> on the other news this morning on sealed documents show a picture of a of a middle school student who is accused of having a sexual relationship with one of his former students. as search warrant unveiled a web camera and a =a, a camcorder and bank statements. >> detectives came to his, they said that he was a teacher in the same school as the victim. he was aware that the victim was under age. the documents stated that the victim's father was made aware of his relationship with his teacher. the father obtained

his cell phone records and discovered that allows a text messages have been sent to his corporate taxand videos . detectives stated that some were as lettuce midnight and past 3:00 a.m. in the morning. she was also listed as a friend on his face book page. the documents that is that he confronted his daughter. they stated said the victim told her father that the text messages were not flirtatious. this stated that he kissed her ancestor. the victim told police that of three to four occasions he kissed her between may and june at the middle school. the victim described kisses his open mouth and that he use his tongue. the document stated that he touched her over clothing while the tickets. >> police stated that he

committed suicide if you days after his arrest. he was found dead in his car with a suicide note. >> richmond police art releasing sketches for a man who kidnapped and of salted to women. officer stated that the suspect has been attacked and women along the 23rd street corridor. the first attack happened in june. the last two attacks occurred last month. anyone with information about the suspect should contact police. >> a fatal head-on collision a contra costa, 86 the lives of a woman and a young boy. this happened friday afternoon. the chp says a sedan slammed into a big red, or brian highway. the truck was traveling

>> we are back. new this morning. oakland police are investigating the fatal shooting of one person, a second was wounded in a shooting in east oakland last night. it happened around midnight near the intersection of east 16th street and seminary ave. investigators found one victim dead as the scene. the second bid them was taken to the hospital where he is in stable condition. police said the two suspects were seen fleeing the area in a vehicle. that remain at large. in concord, police are investigating the death of a 21 year-old skateboarder. he was struck by a vehicle while skateboarding 3 crosswalk friday night. it happened at the intersection of madyun

boulevard and ericsson road at about 630 last night. the state border died at the john muir memorial medical center in walnut creek. police said the driver is between what you're likely to a woman. >> a santa cruz man is accused of stealing five about dollars from company investigators. prosecutors said that robert reinhard stow the deposits from those who invested in his company and use the money to pay for personal expenses. reinhardt was indicted on eight counts of wire fraud. he made his first appearance in court on thursday and he was released on a $50,000 bond. reinhardt is scheduled to appear in court again next month. each count of wire fraud carries a potential sentence of up to 20 years in prison

schoolteacher pleaded not guilty friday to murder charges. darnell and tania washington are facing felony charges of murder, robbery, burglary and carjacking. the body of 65 year-old susie ko was found in hercules come back in october. police captured the couple in washington state, after officers there spotted them and ko's stole and subaru. >> san jose police have arrested a woman suspected in a fatal gang motivated shooting. which killed a 70 year-old boy. rebecca vill- nueva is in custody. police say, daniel capetillo was gunned down, on november 30th it. detectives believe that they both did not act

sandy. the white house says that the president is requesting more than $60 million. in a joint statement, new york governor andrew cuomo in new jersey gov. chris christie sake, the money will help their states recover, repair, and rebuilt. if they also say the money will be used to protect a region from future storms. both governors recently went to washington to lobby lawmakers for federal funds. american airlines pilots overwhelmingly approved a new labor deal it could help the company out of bankruptcy. the allied pilots association says that three-quarters of its nearly 8000 pilots voted for the agreement. the deal includes some compromises on work rules and but benefits. >> shock, sadness and anger

in england this morning. a nurse treating the duchess of cambridge, kate middleton for pregnancy complications apparently took her own life. it happened after that nurse took the price call from to australia and disk jockeys. they were pretended to be queen elizabeth who wanted to check what milton. the nurse put the call through. kron 4 urs catherine heenan has the story. >> this host call was heard around the world. the host of a radio show stated that they never suspected that this spring called get anywhere. but it did. they

explains what led to izumizaki's arrest and his eventual suicide. the documents stated that the victim's father was made aware of hit his relationship with his daughter. a close friend of the victim told the father about it. he discovered that text messages between his daughter in the teacher from may to september. >> he stated that there were text messages, photos shared throughout the day. the detective stated that some of those were at midnight or past 3:00 a.m. in the morning. the daughter was also listed as a friend to the teacher on his face book page. the father stated that he confronted his daughter and that she stated that she continues scene the teacher after she left the middle school. the victim told her father that they were not

flirtatious and the teacher kiss and touched her. the victim told police that on three to four occasions the teacher kissed her between may and june at the middle school. the victim described the kisses as being opened mouth and that he used his tongue. they stated that he touched her ovclothing while he kissed her. he killed himself and he was found dead in his car with a suicide note. >> richmond police released sketches of a man who was wanted for kidnapping and sexually assaulting two women. police and he also attempted kidnap a third woman within the past six months. here are the sketches. though the hair styles are different. , police beat believe that it is the same man. officers said the suspect has been attacking women along the
